This page is a placeholder. Delivery times, carrier, duty and tax handling for the United States and Canada, and the returns window are still being settled. Nothing on this site can be purchased until they are, and this notice will be replaced by the real terms rather than removed.
What is decided
- Prices are shown and charged in US dollars.
- Every order is tracked end to end.
- A piece marked Gone cannot be back-ordered. We would rather lose the sale than promise a restock we do not control.
What is not decided
- Delivery windows to the United States and to Canada.
- Who pays import duty and how it is collected at checkout — this changed for low-value parcels and we will not guess at it in public.
- The length of the returns window and who pays return postage.
- Whether damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded by default.
