Good jewelry is a lifelong relationship, not a fling. A few small habits will keep yours beautiful for years.

Everyday

• Put jewelry on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
• Take it off first, before bed, exercise, pools and hot tubs.
• Store separately — use the pouch we include. Rings together = scratches together.

18K gold vermeil

Gentle water is fine (shower, rain), but avoid chlorine, saltwater, bleach, strong detergents and perfume. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear. Don't use silver polish on vermeil — it removes the gold layer.

Re-plating: we offer lifetime re-plating on all vermeil pieces for the cost of shipping. Email hello@coralielu.com to arrange.

Sterling silver

Silver tarnishes with air and moisture — this is normal and reversible. Use the included polishing cloth to restore shine. Store in the pouch to slow tarnishing between wears.

Freshwater pearls

Pearls are organic and delicate. No chemicals, no perfume, no ultrasonic cleaners. Wipe with a soft damp cloth after wear. Store flat (not hanging), separate from metal pieces.

Repairs

Accidents happen. Every Coralie Lu piece carries a 2-year structural warranty on manufacturing defects. For post-warranty repairs, we charge at cost. Reach us at hello@coralielu.com with a photo.
