Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. European and Australian shipping is on our roadmap for later this year.

Processing

Orders are packed within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Delivery times & rates

• United States — 7–12 business days · free over $100 · $12 flat under
• Canada — 8–14 business days · free over CA$140 · CA$15 flat under

All prices show in your local currency (USD or CAD) when you visit from that country. Your final total at checkout reflects the currency of delivery.

Customs & duties

Orders to the US under $800 ship duty-free under the de minimis allowance. Orders to Canada may be subject to GST/HST or PST and a CBSA processing fee — any duties are pre-calculated at checkout and collected upfront, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracked service (DHL Express, FedEx, or Canada Post/USPS depending on destination). You'll receive a tracking link by email when your package leaves our atelier.

Returns

30-day return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging.

• We send a prepaid return label within one business day
• Refund processed within 3 business days of arrival at our hub
• Refund appears on your card within 5–10 business days (depends on your bank)

What's non-returnable

• Engraved pieces (custom work is final sale)
• Earrings for hygiene reasons (studs only, must be in sealed packaging)
• Sale items marked "final sale"
• Gift cards

Exchanges & resizes

Within 60 days of delivery we offer one complimentary resize on rings and free exchange (equal value) on other pieces.

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace, refund, or repair at our cost.
