Resizing Service

One free resize, within 60 days.

Fingers aren't consistent. They swell with heat, shrink with cold, and change over years. Every Coralie Lu ring comes with one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery — so if the fit isn't perfect out of the box, we fix it.

What we can resize

• Plain bands — up or down 1.5 sizes, no visible seam
• Signets with solid tops — up or down 1 size
• Stacking rings — up or down 1 size

What we can't resize

• Eternity rings (stones all the way around)
• Rings with full-coverage engraving
• Pieces with very thin bands under 1 mm

For these, we'll offer a free exchange (equal value) instead.

How to request

Email hello@coralielu.com within 60 days of delivery with:

1. Order number
2. Current size
3. Target size

We'll send a prepaid return label.

Turnaround

From when the piece arrives at our hub: 7–10 business days.

After 60 days

We still resize at cost: $35–55 per ring depending on complexity. Email us for a firm quote.
