Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes — all our metals are nickel-free and designed for sensitive skin. Posts on earrings are sterling silver or 18K vermeil.

Can I shower and exercise with it on?

Short showers and sweat are fine for our vermeil and silver pieces. Avoid pools (chlorine), the ocean (salt) and hot tubs. Remove jewelry before heavy lifting or contact sport.

How long does the gold last?

Our vermeil is 2.5μ of solid 18K gold — thicker than most. With normal daily wear it holds beautifully for 3–5+ years. After that (or any time it dulls), we'll re-plate it for the cost of shipping — for life.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the United States and Canada — see Shipping & Returns for full details on rates and times. European and Australian shipping is on our roadmap.

What currency will I pay in?

US visitors see and pay in USD. Canadian visitors see and pay in CAD. Rates update daily.

How do duties and taxes work?

Orders to the US under $800 ship duty-free. For Canada, any taxes and CBSA fees are calculated upfront at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.

Can I return if it doesn't fit?

Yes — 30-day returns, and one free resize on rings within 60 days. Email us first.

Do you do engraving?

Coming soon. Engraving launches next quarter — join our newsletter to be first in line.

Is this real gold / silver / pearl?

Yes. Our gold vermeil is 18K solid gold over recycled metal cores. Silver is S925. Pearls are genuine freshwater pearls, grade AAA+. We're happy to include authentication details on request.
