Every Coralie Lu order ships with full tracking. Here's how to find it.
When your order ships, we send a tracking link from hello@coralielu.com. The link goes to your carrier's tracking page (DHL Express, FedEx, USPS, or Canada Post, depending on destination). Check your spam folder if you don't see it after 2 business days from ordering.
If you have an account, log in at /account — your orders, tracking links and delivery updates are all there.
Email hello@coralielu.com with the email you ordered with or your order number. We reply within one business day.

Orders to the US under $800 ship duty-free under the de minimis allowance. For Canada, any GST/HST/PST and CBSA processing fees are pre-paid at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery. Occasionally customs hold packages for random inspection (1-3 extra days). If your tracking shows “cleared customs” and is moving again, you're fine.
