• Payment: handled by Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal — we never see card numbers
• Website use: pages visited, items viewed, basic device info (via GA4 and Meta Pixel)
• Marketing: if you opt in — email, any preferences you share

How we use it

• Fulfill your orders
• Reply to your support emails
• Send order updates and the emails you've opted in to
• Improve the website and product mix
• Prevent fraud

Who we share with

• Shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, local postal services) — only address and order details
• Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal) — bill details we never see
• Email tools (Klaviyo) — email address + permitted marketing preferences
• Analytics (Google, Meta) — anonymized behavioral data

We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can:

• See all data we hold on you — email privacy@coralielu.com, we reply within 30 days
• Correct or delete your data at any time
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click
• Opt out of targeted advertising cookies in our footer banner

Retention

We keep order data for 7 years (required for tax). We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymized after 26 months.
