A 2-year warranty. Lifetime support.
Every Coralie Lu piece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects — from the day it arrives. Post-warranty, we still fix pieces at cost. We'd rather keep your jewelry in your wardrobe than see you replace it.
What's covered
- Stones that fall out of their setting
- Clasps that fail
- Solder joints that break
- Plating that wears unevenly from normal wear (see re-plating)
- Engraving errors on our side
What isn't covered
- Damage from impact (dropped, stepped on, crushed)
- Damage from chemicals (chlorine, bleach, cleaning agents)
- Lost or stolen pieces
- Normal wear after the 2-year window — we'll still repair at cost
How to claim
Email hello@coralielu.com with:
- Your order number (or the email you ordered with)
- A photo of the piece and the issue
- A short description
We respond within one business day with a prepaid return label (covered markets) or shipping instructions.
Turnaround
Standard repair: 7–10 business days from when the piece reaches our hub. Complex repairs (stone replacement, major structural): up to 3 weeks. We'll keep you posted.
Complimentary services
These are always free, warranty or not:
- One ring resize within 60 days of delivery
- Chain polishing / deep cleaning (mail-in)
- Lifetime re-plating on all vermeil pieces (you cover return shipping)
