30-day return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging.

How it works

1. Email hello@coralielu.com with your order number
2. We send a prepaid return label within one business day
3. Ship it back in its original packaging
4. Refund processed within 3 business days of arrival at our hub
5. Refund appears on your card in 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)

What's non-returnable

• Engraved or customized pieces
• Earrings (hygiene) — except unworn studs in sealed packaging
• Sale items marked “final sale”
• Gift cards

Exchanges

For size or color swaps within 60 days of delivery, we exchange free of charge. Email us — we ship the new piece once the old one is en-route back to us (so you're not without).

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace, refund, or repair at our cost.

Shipping zones covered

Free return shipping within the United States and Canada. European and Australian shipping (and returns) are on our roadmap for later this year.
